Mark and his team have done work for us 3 times now - loft conversion, rear extension and now, in our new house, removed an internal wall. That should say enough! Every time everyone has been friendly, communicative and worked hard. On this contract the work was done carefully, in a way to minimise mess and disruption, we're very happy with the final result. We did get other quotes but they were either much more expensive with a long wait time, or didn't provide the reassurance that Mark did. Highly recommended.

Firstly, Mark is a top bloke. He is (extremely) responsive, reliable, client focused. I liked working with Mark and his core team consists mostly of chaps who have known each other for years which is always very reassuring. A few minor hiccups here and there but all was resolved promptly by Mark. All add-on trades people he uses are all branded companies with logo on vans etc. which again instils confidence. As per other reviews the plumbers were the rate limiting step for us but Mark has tried had to resolve and ensure we met our completion deadline. Would definitely go back to Mark in future

Mark and the team were great. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently—no delays in the work or sudden additional costs. The team was all polite and helpful. Any scurfs and nicks that occur during large projects are all mended up, and the site is left clean and tidy. Mark was one hand and responsive throughout the build. I would highly recommend.

We had a hip to gable loft extension + ensuite done on our 3 bed property. We found skybuild pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. They were more than happy to describe and show ongoing work. The weather could have been challenging as it was done over the autumn and winter, Sky builds handled the changes in weather conditions without issue. Some disorganisation around finer details, but this could have been avoided by written statements of work to everyone was aligned. All round a very good job, we are really pleased with the outcome, we understand where Skybuild gets its good name.

It was a small project, side extension on the first floor on a chalet style house. Mark and team were very good at communicating and liaising with us any changes. Excellent finish and reasonable price. Mark was always happy to take feedback and make changes. We had some problem with the plumber and this delayed the project considerably otherwise very happy with the finish.
