I am a multiple property Landlord and have dealt with many companies over the years. I had not used Nick SKS before. He turned exactly when he said he would to look at replacing / repairing a front door at one of our rentals, the quote was provided the same day and it was considered reasonable so we went ahead. At all times communication was 10/10. The work was carried out when I was told it would and the old key was even picked up and the new keys returned to my home. The track for our sliding patio door was damaged and stopped us from being able to open the door and access our conservatory. The part required was a pain to get a hold of, but Nick and Tracey really persevered to find it and get us the repair we needed, saving us from buying a new door. It now opens more smoothly than it has in the nearly 3 years we’ve lived here. Great work for a fair price, and a real pleasure to deal with.
