  Lay concrete pad for large shed

  Excellent friendly service from start to finish. Site was left clean and tidy at the finish. I was given regular updates whilst the work was being carried out by phone text and photos. I would not hesitate to recommend SKS construction.

  Bay Window structural repair.

  Finally found someone that does what they say they're going to do, is on time, and charges a reasonable price. If I had questions, Barry would answer them in a way that would cut through my inexperience and wasn't condescending. Barry kept me informed of his availablity and any scheduling changes. In future, when I need any general building or construction done, I'm not going to have to research who to hire, I'm going straight to Barry. I'm loyal to those who take their job seriously and take pride in their work.

  Barry was brilliant. He was there right on time and worked really hard to get it done quickly so we were ready for the decorator. Gave us some good advice on something else too and cleared up really well afterwards.

  A great job, very happy with the result.

  We wanted an unused doorway blocked up and Barry did a wonderful job for us today, taking out the old door, plaster boarding the gap, plastering and then adding new skirting. He is a very hardworking, efficient tidy worker and we would not hesitate to use him again.

  Really impressed with the work carried out. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. Honest and reliable, with clear communication throughout. The job was completed to a very high standard and the area was left clean and tidy afterwards. Couldn’t ask for better service – highly recommend!
