I have nothing but the highest praise for Sam and his team. His communication was excellent and remained so from start to finish. I knew the roof was near the end of its life and Sam gave me quotes to repair and replace. We decided to replace it as the price was reasonable. Sam gave a professional written quote, answered all my queries and kept me updated by text. He sent me pictures and videos to justify a small additional cost. He made improvements to the drainage on the new roof. The site was kept clean and tidy. The work began and ended when he said it would.
