Recent weather had caused some tiles on the roof to slid out of place. I needed someone to put them back into position and assess if there were any more problems. Shane responded quickly, was out to quote in a couple of days, and completed the work a day after that. Very good communication over check a trade messaging. Everything is back in place, and he gave me a basic run down of what he thinks is going on with my roof, and the costs of the work he thinks is needed. I'm happy that he explained things without any pressure to book in more work. I would be happy to hire him again.
