Sam was very helpful and efficent in advising us on options and then completing the job in a timely manner. We have been very happy with the work. We had water coming through our kitchen ceiling, called Sam early evening and he was round within the hour. Sam was so personable and professional. He managed to source the leak using a heat ray gun. Once it was located he worked tirelessly to access the pipe under ground and then sealed the leak. He was also flexible at coming at reasonably short notice and it was a big job and he put in the hours to complete what was needed. This has allowed us to know have running hot water and heating working again which for a family with two young children is very much needed. Thank you Sam!
