Very fast to respond and came out the next day to check my loft space for wasps infestation. No infestation found but he checked the neighbours roof and found a nest there (some of the wasps mistook my roof for the nest) - got rid of the neighbours nest straight away Steve was super responsive and we spoke after hours (after 5pm) the day before arrival, very informative and took time out to explain about wasps nests, and general good practise around this topic. I will use him again without hesitation and is reliable, knowledgeable and honest which is what we all want in our tradesman!
