Days before going on a planned holiday abroad we discovered we had a squirrel infestation in the eaves. I contacted Steve via his advert in checkatrade and he came out immediately. He quickly identified the problem and the action needed to deal with it which involved him visiting our home whilst we were away. He contacted us daily and to our relief was totally successful within 3 days. Through out this whole incident Steve was professional, understanding and sympathetic and gave us confidence that the job would be done discreetly and I would recommend him to anyone who had similar problems.

Steve was an exemplary professional from start to finish. He came and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently, and was very open and easy to approach in discussing solutions. He was happy to come back and check in etc - his helpfulness and willingness to be contacted with questions was very much appreciated. Thanks Steve!

First met Steve last year when I called him about wasps in a 93 year olds home , he came out that afternoon and he was competitively priced , the family had tried for a good few weeks to sort the problem them selves . Steve attended sorted out two separate wasps nests told us exactly what would happen , how many days to clear etc and he was spot on !! Very knowledgable , friendly and competent .
