There was a power cut in my area this morning. It lasted about 10 to 20 seconds. Unfortunately the alarm would not reset. I was given skinners number. Luke took my call and helped me throughout the day to try and rectify the problem. Which he did. Luke was so professional, friendly and above all else helpful. Beyond what you seem to get these days.
