Very good communication from the start. They talked me through what they were going to do and kept me informed throughout. High standard of work and they left the house nice and tidy when they left. We would definitely use them again and would be happy to recommend them to others.

We needed an exterior wall to be repoint Ed with some older bricks removed and replaced. The job was handled efficiently with no fuss. Great work with a nice finish for a reasonable price. Our wall looks as good as new!

Mr Skaci is a thorough and conscientious building contractor. Our work involved many aspects, such as meetings with architects, arranging structural engineers to visit, scheduling building control and arranging the various trades - garden paving and drainage professionals, bricklayers, plasters, electricians, window contractors, roofers, tilers and painter & decorators. If any of these parties did not meet with Mr Skaci's exacting standards he immediately took issue with them and made them correct any imperfections or poor work. This makes his life harder but it is great for the customer.

The work was great ..they were reliable and the job was completed in good time and when we wanted changes made and a few additional things..they were happy to do this...the workmen were always polite and each day left everything very tidy...would definitely use them again

From the beginning, Skender talked us through the process. He paid attention to the plans drawn by our architect and made recommendations. Where necessary, the plans were amended in discussion with the architect. Although there were difficult discussions in the early days due to expectations of building control, we soon established a good way of working together. If he missed anything, he apologised. His team did a great job. They took pride in their work. Nothing was too difficult for them as they came up with solutions. They adjusted our new utility and existing kitchen cabinets. I recommend
