We've had a few roof leaks in recent years, and it's been hard to find a reliable and knowledgeable roofer to sort things out. Steve ticked both these boxes - he was able to identify the problem when others couldn't, fixed it promptly and to a high standard, and explained everything he did along the way. A nice guy, too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Stephen communicates well and was patient while we arranged the job. The work was completed as expected followed up with photos. My mother was very happy with the overall service and based on this we would have no hesitation in recommending SJT.

Steve was great. Did exactly what he said at the time he said he'd do it. Quoted for the works, final bill matched the quote, said it would take 5-7 days and took 5 days, started on time finished on time. Very happy

Steve replaced some broken/missing tiles and made some adjustments to our poorly-installed roof to deal with some leaks. Steve was easy to contact, always replied promptly to any messages/emails, all communication was very clear and he turned up when he said would. The work was done to an excellent standard and Steve shared many photos of the work he had done in less visible areas. If we have any issues in the future with other parts of our roof then I would be very happy to have Steve deal with those too.

Started and completed the work when they said they would and kept me informed throughout- very tidy and pleased with the end results
