with this job being a little tricky as under the sink was already pretty busy with pipe work, he found a way to make it all fit and had the job completed with no complaints

Samuel was very helpful, tidy and took the effort to price genuinely based on getting replacement parts rather than trying to force us to do a replacement of a whole shower system which other plumbers said they couldn’t source and a much larger job was required. We are very happy with the end result and will be using Samuel again.

We were flexible concerning when the work was to be carried out. Samuel contacted us within two is days, saying he had a cancellation, and could he come that day. He arrived just about exactly the stated and agreed time. The work was carried out to a high standard, and Samuel left our home in a clean state. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if the need arose.
