Samuel responded to our job request within a day, and after we confirmed our requirements, Samuel provided an estimation of the costs, which was acceptable to us. We were flexible concerning when the work was to be carried out. Samuel contacted us within two is days, saying he had a cancellation, and could he come that day. He arrived just about exactly the stated and agreed time. The work was carried out to a high standard, and Samuel left our home in a clean state. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if the need arose.

The company were prompt in contacting me and arrived on time. As an “older” person, the young man who turned up surprised me but then again policemen look young to me these days too!! The repair was done quickly and seemingly very well. He was polite and conscientious. I was very satisfied with his work.
