Steve fitted my outside tap within a day as was needed for a party simply fantastic experience start to finish. I highly recommend.

Steve is very honest, reliable and knowledgeable, a trusted advisor giving multiple options, explaining the pros and cons with technical details at a level I can understand. He installed a shower for us in November 2024 in our old house to a high level of quality. Recently our new build hot bath tap was trickling and under warranty but developers refused to investigate on the basis of by design due to building regulations; eventually they did fix it based on Steve's feedback, including identification of a small leak. He could have charged us to fix but instead acted in our best interests.

Had Steve here today to supply and fit a bathroom extractor and a great job he did,fully explained what he was doing and asked how we wanted things done.Steve is a proper old school tradesmen who takes pride in doing a good job with little to no disruption and no mess left to clean when finished.Highly recommend.
