Stephen was an excellent decorator and very helpful to us as we are getting old now. His work was excellent and we are so pleased with what he has done. He painted and plastered and wallpapered to a very high standard. Stephen came to give me a quote to wallpaper my stairs wall, he was friendly and professional, when we arrange to do the job which he did to a very high standard, he was on time and left the area clean and free from any rubbish, I would highly recommend SJP decorating services. Stephen was lovely, very friendly and professional. Arrived when he said he would and took his time to strip and paint my kitchen to a very high standard. Very reasonable price too. My company was started in 2009 but I have over 30 years’ experience in the decorating trade.
I run a reliable, trustworthy and very efficient decorating company which covers all areas of Sheffield, Barnsley, Rotherham, Chesterfield, Retford, Worksop and have no problem travelling further if the need arises.
My main aim is to work alongside my customers to enhance the look of their property by using only top-quality paints and materials.
My obligation is to provide you with high class painting and wallpapering in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
I believe that excellent preparation before painting commences will leave a long lasting and quality finish to all areas of your home.

- Dulux or Armstead trade durable matt wall finishes
- Wallpaper hanging, lining, stripping
- Dulux or Armstead satinwood, gloss or eggshell for woodwork
- General property maintenance
- New curtain poles/tracks applied if needed
- Kitchen cupboard doors undercoated/glossed
- Varnished/dark woodwork modernized to gloss white
