  Flood damage ceiling repair and plastering

  Great result, reasonable quote and good communication. When one plasterer was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, Sam ensured the majority of the work was completed within 48 hrs of the original appointment and found an alternative plasterer who did an excellent job.

  Installation of a utility room.

  I have no hesitation in recommending Sam. I wanted to create a boot/utility room from a space in my house which wasn't being used effectively. He worked with me to deliver what I had in mind and came up with a plan based on some photos I showed him and our discussion. He came round to have a look at the space several times to take measurements. I am really happy with the finished result. I wanted to choose my own handles so he fitted in around the delivery of those and I wanted some adjustments to the seating bench after it had been completed and he did that as well.

  Loft conversion

  Sam at SJP Construct has recently completed a loft conversion on my house adding a bedroom and bathroom to the old loft space. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Sam and his team did an amazing job, paying attention to every detail and delivering top-quality work. The space looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. I'd highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a great builder.

  Knock through and full kitchen fit

  Sam has done an excellent job. He’s knocked down a wall, put in flooring, fitted a kitchen, overseen plastering, plumbing and electrics. He’s liaised with Howdens and all the other trades people required, managing the whole project for us. As well as being a generally nice person to deal with, Sam is really reliable and tidy. We’ve used him for two jobs now and his attention to detail is great which ensures a brilliant end result. I would highly recommend SJP Construct and we will no doubt use Sam again should we have any other building projects.

  Kitchen fitting and carpentry work

  Sam completed a tricky kitchen installation for us as well as numerous carpentry 1st and 2nd fix which was to a great standard. Always on time and happy to help, well recommended.

  Two beautifully made book shelves

  Sam made me 2 book shelves with floating shelves that were really great and look fantastic. Just want I wanted, he was very professional and clearly very experienced. I would highly recommend him for any woodwork job without hesitation
