10 Double story house and kitchen extension S11

After a long and daunting search for a builder for our double story side extension and kitchen we decided to hire sjm builders. This is after looking at previous works and recommendations. our experience with simon and his team took all the stress and worry out of the project. we cannot speak too highly of these builders. their commitment, knowledge and craftsmanship is first class. we are so thrilled with the new extension that we have now hired them to refurb the rest of the house. Excellent workmanship with great attention to detail. Removed a supporting wall which included a fireplace, replaced the ceiling incorporating a new steel .Also sourced and arranged plumbing for new radiators, plastering and electrical works. Wanted some advise on knocking down a colum within my house, I wasnt sure if it could be done what sort of costs and what outcome I would be left with. Simon came the next day and was brilliant not pushing for work told us about building regulations. What outcome we could do and have. Would have him to come and carry out the work!
