  Steve and his colleague were very friendly and got the job done with ease. A pleasure to work with and I would strongly recommend. We needed to have part of our façade repointed. Very pleased with the finish.

  I cannot recommend SJL Bricklayers highly enough. Very quick initial response to enquiry. Steve was very affable and professional in his communication. Very transparent with costings. We unfortunately had to rearrange the start date at our end, Steve was extremely understanding and accommodating. The job itself was very fast (much faster than we had anticipated). They managed to reuse the gate (something that we really wanted). The finish was extremely professional and the area was left extremely clean and tidy. Very happy with the result and I would highly recommend to anyone.

  Removing a vent and bricking up opening

  Steve was prompt in providing a quote and responding to an additional request on the day. He also filled up some gaps in the exterior even though we hadn't asked. We appreciated that.

  Steven provided a prompt reply to my enquiry. I had been given an overpriced quote from another company so appreciated Steven providing me with a fair and honest assessment and quote. I was very happy with the work carried out and would certainly recommend this company and use them again.

  Repairing and partly rebuilding wall and pillar and replacing stone ball on top of pillar.
