Our air conditioning unit started leaking lots of water in the middle of a heat wave - SJH came out on a Friday evening to check it (came within 1h of call, when we weren't even existing customers), found the issue, had the spare part required in his van and repaired it on the spot. An absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Called Simon and he made time on his way home to come and quote for us. Simon and Darren arrived on time and completed the job efficiently and left the place clean and tidy. Both very friendly and took the time to explain how the air con works.
