  Professional, polite and respectful in all aspects of the work carried out - new bathroom and en-suite. Highly recommend using SJD Property Solutions Ltd - excellent customer service, great value, extremely tidy and considerate. They take pride in their work and it is completed to an exceptional standard. The work was completed on schedule,, within budget and suggestions were made along the way to enhance the final result. We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom and en-suite, and look forward to using Steve and John again in the future.

  Top quality work

  I have just had SJD property solutions to do a complete refurb of my en suite. They have done a wonderful job, I am beyond happy with the finished result..The fact that they do every aspect of the job - taking out the old suite, fitting the new one, laying the flooring and decorating makes it so much easier for the customer. It’s a one stop shop. I would not hesitate to recommend them, they do a top job!

  Kitchen fitting plus plastering and new flooring

  We wanted a new kitchen fitted but knew it would be a larger undertaking as we also needed the room and ceiling replastered and a new floor laying too. Steve has been incredibly helpful from the first to last day and the work he has done is brilliant. He takes real pride in what he does and you can tell that it matters to him that the work completed is of the highest quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Steve and would definitely use again.

  I have used Steve before and he has completed another excellent job. Workmanship absolutely brilliant. Always kept informed of progress and if there were any issues. Very polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve

  New Kitchen

  SJD Property Solutions recently refitted our kitchen. This involved everything from flooring to ceiling lights including new cabinets, appliances and tiling. Steve and John are very experienced and hard working and their work is of a very high standard. They are very easy and polite to work with and took a real interest in the project, making suggestions for changes that were improvements on our original ideas. While working they were outstandingly tidy both inside and outside the house. We are delighted with our new kitchen and thoroughly recommend SJD Property Solutions for this type of work

  Replace old bathroom suite

  This is the third time we have invited Steve and John from SJD to do some work for us. This time it was to replace our old bathroom suite from 1989. As per the previous jobs they did for us (2 x en-suite showers and downstairs cloakroom) we have been very pleased with their work and advice. We would definitely recommend them!
