  Great service for even a small job.

  I was very pleased with the service. It was a small job but it was carried out very professionally, and the fee was extremely reasonable. They turned up on time, were friendly and the communication was great. I'm very pleased with the results, and would definitely use them again for any jobs that turns up.

  Shaun carried out various jobs for us inside and out. Nothing was too much trouble. He was extremely courteous , tidy and thorough. I’m more than happy to recommend his services. I have already requested quotes to have him carry out further jobs.

  Replacing loose slabs in the patio area.

  Shaun did a great job in replacing the post and gate. I then asked him if he would consider doing another job which entailed cementing the loose slabs in the patio area. He told me that it would be two days work using him and another guy. I agreed to the quote and it took a couple of hours longer. He asked me to pay for the extra time and I agreed as he definitely did a good job. However, I said to him that if he did another job for us I would want an exact figure and not be told that it took extra time - that is down to the builder! Overall, he did a good job.

  Fantastic service from SJD Property Services. Shaun was professional and likeable. Had all my fences renewed by him and it wasn’t a straightforward job but he managed to get it all done perfectly. So pleased with the end result.

  Great service Shaun was polite and informative. He left my house tidy and clean. He turned up at the time he said he would and completed all the various jobs that i requested. Very pleased.
