  Remove & replace floorboards

  S J D Property Maintenance-Shaun removed broken floorboards from my landing and renewed them all. He did a great job, he was professional and very polite. He left my house clean and tidy. Overall i was very satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend him.

  Sean undertook full decoration of my property including painting , plumbing , fitting a kitchen , carpentry (constructed a wonderful wooden cabinet ). Additionally , he also did several other jobs . ASK & HE WILL HAVE EVERTHING IN HIS SKILL SET . He is exceptional at everything , trustworthy , reliable & also a genuine nice person . Highly recommended.

  I was very pleased with the service. It was a small job but it was carried out very professionally, and the fee was extremely reasonable. They turned up on time, were friendly and the communication was great. I'm very pleased with the results, and would definitely use them again for any jobs that turns up.

  Shaun carried out various jobs for us inside and out. Nothing was too much trouble. He was extremely courteous , tidy and thorough. I’m more than happy to recommend his services. I have already requested quotes to have him carry out further jobs.
