checkatrade sent my job to three tradespeople and Scott replied almost immediately, communication was very straightforward and he quoted his price very quickly and transparently. It was only a small job (mixer tap installation) and Scott managed to fit this in within a week as desired. Really friendly and put me at ease upon arrival. Wouldn't hesitate to use Scott again.
