WOW! What a transformation! SJ Build & Repairs took our old dilapidated, crumbling house and brought it back to life (beyond the 21st century is an understatement)! Electrical, gas & plumbing works all updated with rooms all reconfigured & refitted with a modern, high end luxury designer look. Planning applications all taken care of leaving us with peace of mind. Unforeseen issues other builders would have covered up were smoothly fixed with the quality of workmanship second to none. Completed in the timeframe expected & within agreed budget with no hidden fees or rising costs. Fantastic team!

Sanjay is great friendly guy, did job to perfection. Cos of difficulty I thought he mite give up BUT he just kept going till he had done the work. 10/10 for this. Only plumber that I have come across who advised us how to avoid blockages in future. Workmanship very professional, clan tidy work - even cleaned up bathroom floor after work. He is just amazing. Most importantly he was round mu house with in an hr of me calling him. Any people or retired or unemployed people like myself Use this guy - He will not rip you off unlike other plumbers who quoted me stupid cost just for call out.

Sanjay is one of the most genuine builders I have ever come across. I had hired him to rectify work done for me previously by cowboy builders and im so glad I ended up choosing him. He is approachable for any questions you have and he will always give ideas and will give you a range of suggestions. His quality of work is great and he does everything with integrity keeping the customers needs in mind. I definitely would reccomend him to other people.

Very satisfied with the quality of their work and attention to detail. Company is clear about the options available to us. The team has worked very hard and reliably. Communication with the team and ourselves has been excellent, and the estimate was kept as originally provided, which was reasonable. Would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.
