We posted for an emergency leak repair in february. The leak was fixed on the same day. However after 2 weeks there was still water dripping from the ceiling. That was dealt with by drilling holes to allow water to drip out. The invoice we received didn't have the correct specifications and when we enquired about it we were told that he would do it over the next couple days but we didn't hear back. This happened numerous times. He eventually stopped answering my calls and we had to call from various numbers to get through to him. We still haven't received the invoice. Very unprofessional.

The Boss (Sam) did the work, but the man did it as he wanted not the customers specification. Does not communicate with the customer. He put silver sink stopper instead of black that came with the tap.. he lied when he said it wasn't compatible when they are standard. So instead he painted it and told me he changed it. The paint started peeling off straight away. He put black sealant instead of grey, and than told me he put grey. Also it could of been done better by a 10 year old. Bodge up job. The man just lies. Still waiting for the job to be retified by Barnes.

Sam and his colleague removed and reinstalled my shower cubicle and shower tray last month for which I gave a positive review. The shower started leaking from one of the corners first day I used it. I called Sam back and he started ignoring me when I told him the issue. He eventually came because I persisted and gave unconvincing excuse. The shower is still leaking, I contacted him but he has been ignoring me for 2 weeks now. I will not recommend this company because of its horrible aftercare service.
