  Bay window renewel

  Simon was excellent from finding him on here, to finish. After coming to look at what needed doing, he sent his quote over promptly that evening, which had a full breakdown of costs and clearly explained what work he would be carrying out. He and his son were excellent over the 2 days it took to complete the bay window renewel plus gutter repairs, brick repointing and painting the window fascia black. They arrived early and worked efficiently and cleared up at the end of each day. I'm really happy with how the bay window looks now, I think it looks the best on the street.

  Gutter repairs

  I employed Simon to replace a gutter on my property. He was very honest with me and explained that he couldn't replace the gutter due to it affecting my neighbours property. Instead he repaired the existing gutter to a very high standard, I am very pleased with the work he has done. I would recommend SJA Building and Roofing services, and would contact him again if I required any work to be done in my property.

  Roof repairs

  Simon gave us a quotation for roof repairs . A few slipped tiles and daylight could be seen looking into the loft. We were happy with the quote and Simon carried out the repairs on time as quoted to our complete satisfaction. We would definitely recommend SJA Building and Roofing Services for any future work.   Two chimney stack repairs.
