I recently used Six Star Group for damp proofing and replastering work, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Ricki kept me fully informed throughout, providing all the necessary detail before and after the work was carried out. The damp surveyor was punctual, polite, and thorough. Stuart, who completed the work, was outstanding — professional, organised, and extremely efficient. Every member of staff I dealt with demonstrated excellent customer care. The quality of the work was high, and the pricing was very fair. Overall, a first class service. Would highly recommend.

All the work was done to perfection, great care and consideration was taken to fit within schedule, and the guys that came round were great had a really good professional attitude about them with how they conducted the work and the work that was done couldn’t of been done any better, they literally stopped at nothing to ensure everything was done according to the requirements and plan, 6star in the name and 6star out of 5 is what you get as they went above and beyond what they were required to do. We used Six Star to help us sort out damp issues in our offices. Natalie was knowledgable and thorough and took the time to explain each issue and the options open to us. She co-ordinated the work that involved a range of trades and it was all finished to a high standard. We would recommend without hesitation.

Our house is big and old and was extremely cold. Six Star were so helpful and gave us excellent advice regarding how we could help retain heat better. They fitted insulation under 3 large wooden floor rooms, they were punctual, tidy, efficient and the difference to the house temperature has been incredible. A truly professional and knowledgable organisation.
