Work started in March 2024 and was planned and completed with-in the 8-month timeline. Extension and serious renovations inside and outside within our 300-year-old property was carried out with absolute distinction. We did not know any builders within the Sittingbourne area when getting quotes and we went with Sittibuilders as they instilled the most confidence. At a time when you are at your most observant and critical Sittibuilders and all their tradesman were impeccable from day 1 to completion, the standard of work throughout the build was indeed 100%, I simply can’t recommend them enough

From start to finish, we were made to feel very important. Through the design process and planning application we were kept fully engaged. All the team were polite and informative, they work was carried out tidily and with minimal impact on the rest of our property. Thank you to Sittibuilders, we cannot recommend you highly enough.

We have been clients for almost 20 years so we must be satisfied! The current build involved several tricky compliance challenges plus local considerations, which Gary and team expedited with tact and consideration. I have yet to find any challenge that Gary's team cannot overcome. The latest build was achieved with the usual professionalism. Over and above, Gary, Don and Ben managed everything extremely well. From start to finish we’ve been incredibly impressed with the professionalism and skill of all the lads working on our home. From the excavation, to bricklaying, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, all overseen by the project manager, Don. Communication, knowledge and skill, friendliness and quality of work, all 10/10!! Sittibuilders completed work in my ensuite and bathroom following damage from a leaking shower. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and tidy. I was kept well informed of progress, and any small (unforeseen) hiccups were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Don managed the job overall and was a pleasure to work with, as were Ian, Tom, Marty, Dave and Jack. The team have a wide range of carpentry and plumbing skills and I can't recommend them highly enough.
