The quality of Harry’s workmanship is excellent across the board, especially his carpentry and tiling. We had small and awkwardly shaped zellige tiles for our bathroom - he fully understood the aesthetic we were aiming for and they look even better than we had imagined. He is lovely to work with - professional, reliable, polite and tidy and has a great supporting team. He also works really hard and far quicker than we’ve been used to with other builders. We will never work with anyone else now (sorry Harry)!

We had a damp patch appear at the front of house due to rain water running down (modernisation by previous owners had removed the cornice at the top of our terraced house) and Harry was able to identify the problem and solve it by installing a new lead ledge and repair the damage. He also repainted the front of the house. We have used Sinton’s multiple times as they are always reliable, helpful, conscientious and meticulous.

Harry has done the first two phases of work on our flat and we'll be asking him back again to do the third. The work he has done looks great and he has been very accommodating of specific details and requests and as two architect home owners we have made a few! He is very good at providing a detailed itemised quite upfront so costs are clearly agreed. We have had plumbing, new walls, plastering , decorating and new flooring laid, both large tiles and engineered timber which looks great.

Harry worked in my home for over a year, carrying out all the carpentry work on a flat that was stripped back to bare brick, with not even the joists left. The work he carried out was always to an exceptionally high standard. He turned up in good time, daily, week after week and worked solidly throughout the day, taking the minimum of breaks. The work was all completed to the estimate provided. I would have no hesitation in recommending Harry to anyone.

We needed a full rip out and refurbishment of a guest bathroom. From the start to finish Harry was available for expert advice and recommendations. He helped create our vision and then brought it to life. Harry is incredibly reliable, trustworthy and prompt, coming when we were at work to avoid disruption, even cleaning each evening before leaving which was so unexpected and appreciated. The quality of his work is leagues above other builders we’ve worked with. Huge thanks to Harry and his team. This is just the start of our renovations…. We will be asking Harry to come back for sure!!

Harry and his team did an excellent job with our kitchen extension, professional and very clean work. The job included removal of a load bearing wall, installation of a new steel beam, and installation of a new kitchen (including cabinets and tiling). The work was really high quality and Harry’s carpentry skills came in handy when we needed a custom build cooker hood. Really happy with the work and look forward to renovating the rest of the house with the team.
