  Mick turned up as agreed and spent considerable time looking at the problem area. He was really well informed and helpful as well as being a lovely man. He thought he had identified the problem and made recommendations to fix it. His guys arrived and quickly carried out the prescribed work. Reasonably priced and efficiently done. Hopefully fixed but time will tell! I’m going to ask him back at the end of the year to do more readings.

  Very efficient. Provided quote for work - re-rendering 3 chimneys & repointing ridge tiles - and gave a planned start date. They contacted me for 50% payment up front (which I was a bit worried about) but they started in time & completed the work to a good standard.

  Fixed and tanked leaking cellar

  The work was done really well . The job proved to be more than originally thought as problems were uncovered. Every problem was overcome efficiently and the completed job was excellent. Work was done tidily and professionally. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

  Several areas of Damp

  Having found several areas of damp in our rooms we contacted Singleton Brothers to investigate. Mick came and did a thorough inspection and explained it was damp caused by build up of rubble in the cavities, probably caused by a loft conversion we had done several years ago. Dylan and the lads did the work a couple of weeks later. They cleared out the cavities, repointed the gaps, added airbricks and repaired the floor damaged by the damp. They were very hard working and cleared everything up. We wouldn't hesitate to use Singleton Brothers again or recommend to family and friends.
