I waited in many times and engineers did not turn up. Then engineers kept refusing to unblock the drain. They could not answer me when I asked them what jobs they had completed, but the engineers had turned my back yard orange. It took a month for engineers to come back and clean up the mess. The office worker had not told the engineers that they were cleaning so they came unprepared and had to use my water and electricity. The last two engineers could not figure out what the orange stuff was.

I rang them and was given a suitable time on the day. Nathan arrived carried out the drainage process. I would like to say how professional and well handed everything was , I would definitely recommend them especially that their pricing is fixed. Thank you again from a very happy customer.

Failed to turn up on the day, made an appointment for the next day and failed again to turn up, as it’s my toilet that’s flooding my bathroom it’s a bit concerning to say the least

Well done to Nathan cleared all drains and found out that there was a bigger problem with Nathan using his camera and giving me the information I needed.
