Sam was very polite and extremely helpful with all aspects of the work that took place, all of his other trades like his plasterer, electrician and plumber were also good and friendly people. Well what can I say. From the minute Mr Sinclair turned up his total professionalism and advice he gave me on colour and paint. my home has been totally transformed. Every day my home was left clean and tidy. Sam attend my property again as I was so delighted with his previous work He returned to panel my bedroom, my daughters playroom and a flight of stairs (which looked very difficult) and painted these areas I am a single mum so Sam moved all of the toy room then moved it all back once the decorating was finished He completed the work very quickly but the work he carried out was a high standard I will be using Sam for all future work in my property Thank you once again SamVerified reviewerJob location: CM59.75 Apartment Refresh

Sam has been excellent throughout, from quoting for the job right through till it was finished. The quality of his work is second to none, right down to the finer details. Sam painted all our rooms treating them accordingly with mould paint, and any extra finishes that were needed to keep the damp at bay. Doors and windowsills were finished to a high standard.
