  Great experience

  Sam and the rest of the guys on his team all did a great job - they were very helpful in explaining what work needed to be carried out, answered all my questions and were both friendly and professional throughout the process. The work was all carried out to a high standard and they were thorough with all the cleanup etc. after. I would absolutely use them again for any future work.

  Sam was warm and friendly when discussing the job, he gave good advice and explained fully what he would do made good some extra work not previously discussed and did not charge extra from original quote , was clean and tidy and was thoughtful when preparing work with sheets and coverings . He took all materials away at the end of the job.He completed the job to a high standard and I am very happy with his work and would highly recommend to other customers

  Remedying subsidence and damp areas .

  Sinclair Renovations were prompt , efficient , explained all of their stages of works . We needed subsidence issues and damp issues remedied , which were undertaken to a good standard . We found Sam and his crew competent, very friendly, cleared up the areas when works were completed . The crew arrived promptly , proceeded to deal with works professionally and competently .

  Skilled, Reliable, and Friendly Service

  We recently had Sam lay our new flooring and also project manage the installation of a new vanity unit and shower cubicle. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and highly skilled. The floor was laid perfectly, and the team coordinated the fitting of the vanity and shower seamlessly, ensuring everything was completed on time and to a high standard. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and they were happy to answer questions and offer advice when needed. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them for both flooring and Bathroom project

  Sam and his team were absolutely brilliant. 5 stars all round . Sam is the most diligent , hardworking and professional builder we know , which is why we would only have Sam doing all our family and friends work . Highly recommend.

  Fixing damage from multiple water ingress points
