  Diagnose air con and suspension faults

  Replacement battery and tyre checks

  We had problems starting our car, so we called Simpson's who asked us to bring it in straight away so they could diagnose the problem. They ruled out possible problems with the alternator, and said a new battery was required. They fitted this within an hour and undertook some tyre checks as well that we requested. Brilliant customer service at a good price. Mr J Kendall

  Annual service

  I would highly recommend Simpsons Complete Car Service. Ray has been looking after our BMW X5 and Audi A1 for a number of years. He does the MOTs and services and is extremely helpful in providing us with information and advice. Ray is also very transparent regarding costs, taking care to explain how much any repairs will cost in both parts and labour. Whenever any problems arise with either car in between services, he is always very helpful at fitting us in swiftly to identify and resolve any issues.

  I realised my MOT was due end of May instead of end of June so Ray fitted me in really quickly so that my direct debit for my tax was able to continue. A week later I have just had my service done. I have to say Ray is brilliant I would never go anywhere else, he keeps you in the picture of what he intends to do every step of the way and tries to keep costs as low as he can where possible. I have been going to Ray for years now and I have recommended him to family and friends, you won’t be disappointed, it’s very difficult to get a garage you can rely on these days So go to Ray.
