  I would highly recommend Simpsons Complete Car Service. Ray has been looking after our BMW X5 and Audi A1 for a number of years. He does the MOTs and services and is extremely helpful in providing us with information and advice. Ray is also very transparent regarding costs, taking care to explain how much any repairs will cost in both parts and labour. Whenever any problems arise with either car in between services, he is always very helpful at fitting us in swiftly to identify and resolve any issues.

  I realised my MOT was due end of May instead of end of June so Ray fitted me in really quickly so that my direct debit for my tax was able to continue. A week later I have just had my service done. I have to say Ray is brilliant I would never go anywhere else, he keeps you in the picture of what he intends to do every step of the way and tries to keep costs as low as he can where possible. I have been going to Ray for years now and I have recommended him to family and friends, you won’t be disappointed, it’s very difficult to get a garage you can rely on these days So go to Ray.

  Reolace two parts which had worn out

  Ray is very knowledgeable and I dont understand much about cars . He explained the job of the two parts and which needed replacing first. It was reassuring as I was due to drive to Bristol and I needed a view of whether the car would be ok. He arranged the appointment around my availability, sorted out an issue with one of the parts and the car was ready early. All in all what a garage should be but generally not in my experience to date. Will be back.

  Brought the car in for a MOT and a full service

  Always excellent. Been taking my cars to Simpsons for many years, different cars. But not only is his work excellent, he also goes the extra mile, if ever things go unexpectedly wrong he will always fit you in and see what the issue is. My daughter is also a client. Would Recommend very highly.

  Car damage repair

  Ray was very helpful when we needed some bodywork damage repairs undertaken on our car. He clearly explained what work was needed and gave me an all-inclusive quote for the work while I waited, with a firm date and timescale when the repairs could be carried-out. The repairs were carried-out for the quoted price and the car was ready to collect on the day stated. On collection of our car, I found that the bodywork repairs were carried-out to a high standard and would not hesitate in using Ray's Company again!
