  Excellent Service and Professional Care – Highly Recommended!

  I’m really impressed with Simpson Complete Car Care and would happily recommend them to anyone. I had a dent in my car and was searching for a trustworthy body repair garage when I came across Simpson Complete Car Care on Checkatrade.com. Ray, the mechanic, was friendly, polite, and gave me a fair and reasonable quote for the repair. After comparing a few quotes, I decided to go with Simpson Complete Car Care, and I’m so glad I did. Ray fixed my car perfectly and even vacuumed it, all within the timeframe we agreed on. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

  A great find

  I have been taking my some what elderly ford focus to Ray since I arrived in Epsom in 2021. The simplest way to describe Ray is he is that mechanic you always hope you'll find but very seldom do. The work is done to a high standard, price is good for the work and you get a full list of everything done. An old car can be a real pain if you don't have a good mechanic but mine still works perfectly and soon it won't even need road tax! If you have a problem or would just like an honest opinion on how to proceed, I would highly recommend giving Simpsons a try.

  As per usual Ray carried out all agreed work to perfection. Service and mot on vehicle done promptly and was kept informed of any extra bits of work that were required. All done for an great price. Would highly recommend.

  Outstanding service, excellent pricing & very helpful with recent work on my car. From booking my car in, to confirming the work to even re setting my tyre pressure gauge which was noticed needed doing, the customer service was top notch. Highiy recommend to all & I will not take my car anywhere else now.

  First Class Service

  Ray came to my rescue as I had a problem with my brakes and was due to drive on a 230 mile trip. As a brand new customer I was delighted with the service. Ray was very helpful and diagnosed the problem straight away. He was fully booked, but offered to work out of hours so he could complete the job in time for me to leave. Exceptional customer service, very professional, good rates and a job well done. I will definitely be bringing my car back in the future for services, MOTs etc. as Ray is a delight to deal with and I’m happy my car is in good, hands. Highly recommended.
