Simply Maintenance were engaged to damp proof walls in a ground floor flat. They used an ineffective method (injecting damp proof cream into the brick wall), and did not give sufficient drying time before plastering/painting. The damp came back even worse weeks after. They admitted to their mistake in their own written report, yet refused to redo the work under their professional guarantee or fully refund us for the work. Over a year long battle they reluctantly agreed to a partial refund, which remains mostly outstanding and unpaid to date.

I have used Simply Maintenance a number of times and they have always been great. Workers are all polite and work hard.

Excellent communication from the start, I was able to book a quote almost immediately and I was extremely happy with the quote provided. I was able to get the work booked in within the timeframe I had wanted. Overall service was phenomenal and I will definitely book them again for any future work I may have.

They installed a kitchen in my mums house. Very good workmen and installation guys. Tidy, always on time, got the work done and it look great. We had a small issue with one of the doors and he sent someone back the next day to sort. I would use them again for any home improvements. Very good company.
