I believed the boiler fault would be most likely due to a fault in the printed circuit board and a new one was probably required. I sent the boiler details and requested a quote for fitting a new pcb before committing to the visit. The quote provided was the best I received and the engineer turned up later the same day as arranged, efficiently making the replacement. I’m happy with the service received.

Really fast, responsive and professional. Made time to fit a new boiler straight after new year within days of contacting and were flexible in working around other tradespeople that were also involved.

Hassan was 35 mins early but communicated this well with us so his punctuality is great! Very reliable! A few issues encountered with the installation however no trouble for Hassan as he spent his time working through things despite being over his time to ensure the job was completed without any problems and at no extra cost! Very polite and professional individual who overall does a good job. Used Hassan twice now and would definitely recommend! A* service provided!
