10 Floating shelf, bathroom grouting and light fitting

Ian did a good job putting up rectangular floating shelves-a really tricky job. He also fixed the existing ones, did a great job grouting an area of the bathroom and fixing ceiling light fittings (he was very knowledgeable about how they should have been fixed originally). simply Hndy were couteous, tidy and provided good quality finished work. he informed us the work he would be doing on a daily basis. He finished ahead of the expected programme. Ian has completed 3 fantastic jobs: i) painting a ceiling (where there had been a small leak), ii) filling in and sanding back the ceiling and wall (to boiler area which had previously been enclosed (and hidden from sight!)), and iii) removing rotten sections of the roof from an otherwise OK playhouse - replacing those sections and re-felting the roof. It now looks brand new (but is over 20 years old!). Ian's work is superb; he is extremely tidy and very reasonably priced.Verified reviewerJob location: GU6
