Quick to reply to the initial job post. Offered a solution inline why the correct work to repair the roof leak. Asked for external and interior images that secured the job would be repaired adequately. Sent images with what the repair involved. Quote received and offered dates to do the job. On the day of the job, arrived, completed the job, looked after the property. I would defo recommend Simon to others and if I require his services at any point I will feel positive he can quickly complete similar tasks.

Simon provided a reasonable quote for replacing 13 double glazing units, plus new hinges and locks. The work was done quickly with little fuss, and he took the time out to explain a few things like the new energy glass and why he had to install the hinges in a different way upstairs to make them complaint with fire safety regulations. Overall a really good job. Would recommend.

Finding reliable tradespeople can be a daunting task when starting from scratch. You need not worry with Simon. He was good at discussing the jobs needed and explained his plan. He was pleasant and polite. He arrived on time and did the job to a very good standard. He did all work agreed and tidied up afterwards. Will recommend him to friends.
