Andy and his Simply Build team did an absolutely fantastic job on two separate projects at my home this year - a garage conversion and a more extensive renovation including creation of open plan living space and new kitchen. Recently completed an extension to create a chill out room for our son who has complex needs. Right from the planning through to completion we were confident we were in safe hands. Gayle kept us updated at every stage of the process, her organisation and communication kept things running smoothly. Due to our son's needs, flexibility was required and this was never an issue. Andy, Jason and the team were hardworking, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. The finished room looks great and provides a valuable safe space for our son. Andy and the team delivered our project on time and to a very high standard. Communication was great and any issues that arose during the works were resolved quickly. People arrived onsite when they were expected and left each day with the place tidy.

Simply Build and Plaster Ltd did a great job on refurbishing my kitchen. They were very efficient and generally well organised. They also made improvements to the original design as the work progressed. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any future projects.

Simply Build & Plaster converted our existing garage into liveable space with a small extension to the rear of the property to create a large kitchen diner. Throughout the whole process they communicated progress and were extremely reliable, flexible and honest, completing the work to a high standard. Despite some delays outside of their control, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure timelines were met. Simply Build converted our garage into a great den for the kids. They were friendly and reliable, always available to contact and always updating us with their progress. Their standard of work was very high and whenever issues cropped up as they tend to do on these projects, Simply Build were very quick to work out a way forward.
