Simply Build & Plaster were brilliant all the way through the process. Gayle always made sure I was kept up to date with the progress of the work, and organised the building inspector to come round and sign the work off. My house sale depended on this work and I felt in safe hands Thank you again for making this installation pain free, and taking the stress out of it all!

We were very pleased with the excellent workmanship by Andy and his team. The works also included cutting door openings and hanging doors in the garage walls to access the gardens. All the work was completed on time and with great attention to detail. We would highly recommend Simply Build and Plaster and would use them again in the future.

Simply build and plaster opened up some loft area in one of our bedrooms to increase the size for our nursery. They added insulation and a stud wall and plastered it all ready for us to decorate. Results are amazing, the room is much bigger and warmer.

Happy with the plastering and painting but the rest was very disorganised, rushed and the woodwork was not good quality or well finished. There was poor communication and some dispute over damage caused during the work which was a shame as they seem very nice, but we were not satisfied with their response.

Our project had a few challenges along the way, including a significant one with the groundwork (a problem with the ground itself, not the work done). Every time there was a problem, they offered solutions, saw it as 'their' problem, and not just 'ours'. They were consultative, very responsive, curteous and tidy. The quote was competetive, and it was stuck to exactly, with no attempt made to increase costs, except where additional work to that originally quoted was agreed. I would happily recommend.

Very efficient at getting the job done. Good workmen on site. Good at checking up on everything. Will definitely be using them again.
