Dave arranged to come the following day as could fit me in. Gave me a time slot. Rang on the morning to say in the area if convenient could do the work then or at the alloted time. Worked for me. He was very professional, showed me the ariel with the spikes on before he erected it. Left no mess. Very pleased with his work and would use again if needed.
