  Younus was a friendly and approachable and took the time to explain the end-to-end process of our proposed single side story extension. Younus made the process simple and was clear with communication from the beginning and was able to design my extension to the specification that I required, even making suggestions on how best to utilise space internally. Throughout the project, Younus continued to have an open line of communication with myself and my builder. He was able to advise my builder on how to overcome unexpected issues which accelerated project timelines. Thank you Younus!
