I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt I had to this time. He was absolutely lovely and very understanding when my front door broke, which was quite stressful. From the first message, communication was quick, clear, and reassuring. He arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and the door was fitted to a high standard. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and I felt completely looked after. I couldn’t fault the service at all and would highly recommend.

Simon installed a cat flat for me, as expected I needed a new glass panel which he ordered quickly, installed the flap and then came with the panel ready and replaced my current panel with the new one - I’ve kept the original panel too. Really nice guy who was happy to gov me some advice on another issue I was having and I will happily use him again if I have any other jobs arise.

Simon initially responded to a request to repair the runners on our sliding patio door. Regrettably it could not be repaired as he could not get the runners (door was 25+ years old). Simon quoted for a like for like replacement door just before Christmas estimating January for fitting. Contacted us at the beginning of this week and fitted on Thursday, He arrived as arranged on time and fitted the new door. He was very clean and tidy and pleasant company while he was with us. I would throughly recommend Simon and would certainty use him again.

Contacted Simon, came round measured up and advised him of other work i wanted. Got quote and arranged time of installation. He arrived on time, all work was carried out, cleanly and efficiently. Windows and doors look great. Building work carried out to high of expectations, too
