Simon came to our rescue when the hot water cylinder started leaking. He arranged very quickly for an inspection and had his very competent team on site as soon as was physically possible. He responded rapidly when a small problem arose which he personally sorted out. We are very happy with the service and the value for money we have received.

Simon quickly worked out that the reason why the radiator wasn’t fully functioning, was that there was a blockage in the feeder pipe. As an extra, he removed the radiator and flushed it through.
