My entire flat needed a renovation, the bathroom was destroyed from a flood and there was mold in most rooms, Simeon removed all the mold, replaced the flooring in the entire flat, redid the ceiling in my bathroom and my living room, repainted all the doors and all the walls in the entire flat. He redid the entire kitchen, the flat looks unrecognizable from before, and i couldn't be happier with his work. He also built a table for me and my desk for my spare room which he helped me turn into a cozy office. would recommend to anyone.

Simeon gave us a comprehensive and very reasonable quote for the refurbishment of our property including re plastering the walls, painting the whole interior, new flooring and a complete new kitchen. simeon is an amazingly hard worker and carries out all his work to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend him and would certainly use him again for any future work we need doing.

Simeon was incredible from start to finish. He came out to see the kitchen in person to advise on what works to carry out and how, and once the date was set he showed up on time every morning and did outstanding work every day. The previous owners had done a hatchet job of installing the kitchen - broken cabinets, poor pipework, unsuitable materials, you name it - and Simeon rectified it all and worked within our budget. He was also very sweet with our cat who was a little afraid of the noisier work going on! We would wholeheartedly recommend him - a delightful man who worked wonders.

High quality work and reliable time keeping. Did a good job installing kitchen worktops, sink, upstands, splashback and plinths. Left the room tidy. Recommended!
