  No communication on price before work

  Simba was very polite and friendly, however, if you have work done by him, request he give you a quote first before he does the work. He came and was here 15 min to untrap a pipe to allow cold water flow in my kitchen sink and charged me £120 without telling me the cost. Had I known the cost I wouldn't have gone ahead as I could have had the work done much much cheaper. He did reduce the price to £100 but still way to expensive for the work done.

  I had some repairs that needed doing in my bathroom which included fitting a new tap, bath plug etc.

  Simba arrived before the time he stated so was very punctual. He assessed the situation at no cost the have me a reasonable quote and completed the work within the afternoon. Very helpful and professional.

  Responds to emergencies FAST

  Absolutely brilliant. Called Simba stating problems with pipework, leak and had no running water. He came out straight away. Within half an hour the problem was solved. He's very reasonably priced too. I would highly recommend. *****

  Fitting a new outside tap

  Simba phoned me straight away even though it was about 10:30pm at night. He came on time early the next morning and fitted a new outside tap. He was quick and efficient and I’m very pleased with the work he did.

  Gentleman came on pr arranged time Did a wonderful job of fitting a new valve to the toilet system..very clean work Would recommend his service
