Electrical issue with the oven/cooker

Had a great experience with Silver Lining Repairs. Idris, the engineer, was polite, efficient and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with the socket that was affecting our oven. He resolved everything within the hour on a single call-out, which was really appreciated. Would definitely use again and happily recommend to others.

Fast, Friendly, and Affordable Service

I was really impressed by how quickly our washing machine was repaired - I didn’t think it would be possible to get it fixed so fast! The handyman was very responsive, polite, and friendly throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent: they replied to messages quickly and kept us regularly updated. On top of that, their rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Really good experience with upfront and very polite & professional business

A great experience all round. I really appreciated the upfront transparency and clarity around costs before the guys even arrived! Then they were really nice, professional and explained the entire process throughout. Including being very clear about the costs of parts AND where these costs come from.

Replacing a washing machine in a tight space

An element in my oven blew and needed replacing

The whole experience could not be bettered. Lightning fast response to my initial posting of the job. Very friendly and courteous communication from everyone involved. The engineer was very helpful and clearly knew his stuff, I have a disability and he set with that in a king and gentle manner. All in all a perfect job
