  Incredibly professional and efficient service. Had a reply to my enquiry very promptly and an engineer round that afternoon to fix the washing machine. Engineer also sourced a part required very last minute, which was much appreciated and ensured the job could be completed in one session. Great service end-to-end and would definitely recommend!   Dishwasher needed a new heat pump

  Dishwasher needed a new heat pump, the engineer was very transparent with me and very honest, he came very quickly and sorted the job in a timely manner. He used to work for Bosch so knew a lot about the appliances, he could also repair other appliances. I’ll be sticking with him in the future and using his services for my oven, dishwasher, washing machine tumble dryer, etc if they need repair in the future. Would definitely recommend this service.
