10 Excellent service-highly recommend

I needed someone to fix a washing machine urgently for a tenant and Osama was so helpful. He was able to go the next day, offered to charge me a lower call-out charge if he couldn’t fix it but was able to fix it without any additional cost. He also mentioned a gas issue- and thank goodness he did as it was really urgent and there but for the grace of God go I🙏 Very helpful, polite and professional.
