Very tidy and all surrounding surfaces were fully protected. Produced a very nice finish. The work involved three visits to build up to the final coloured finish. Good communication each time.

Lee and his team work extremely well. Their work is of the highest standard. The overall transformation of our house is amazing. We would highly recommend them if you need anything rendering work done.

The company gave us clear advice and a competitive quote for the work required. They employed a good scaffolding team and both companies were considerate of our requirements to protect our brickwork and paving. We found the Silk Render team to be hard working and they completed the job promptly and to a very high standard.

I had seen the quality of Lee's team's work previously on my neighbours property so was keen to get his opinion on how best to deal with our rather battered looking, cracked and often patched render. He gave a very considered assessment of what needed doing and the options available - even pointing out that on one side of the property, the render was sound and would only need a couple of coats of paint. The quote was sensible and while we waited for the work to start, communication was excellent. Lee and the team were great and the results are fantastic. Very pleased and would recommend.

Work carried out was professional and well done. Communication on scheduling etc. excellent. Prompt post-work clearance of equipment and thorough tidying up. An extra plus was that Lee ( Silk Render) undertook synchronisation of scheduling between himself and two other traders linked to the project , thus ensuring a seamless execution of work. I would happily use Lee ( Silk Render) again and highly recommend him.

Our experience with Silk Render Ltd was a very positive experience. We have used Silk Render Ltd before on our previous property and had no hesitation in contacting them again to work on our current property. They were very knowledgeable regarding their products. Our bungalow looks amazing, and we are so pleased. The insulation has made a substantial difference. The lads were very punctual, polite, and hard workers.
