Richard was incredibly helpful and professional when taking out my old water softener and replacing it with a new one. He was also swift and skilled at fixing a blockage and replacing valves and pipework. He has also replaced the filters in my water filter. He was very clear with explaining what he had done and how to maintain the products. Silkflow are a reliable and trustworthy business, would definitely recommend.
