  Nearly perfect ethernet installation

  I wanted two wall plates so that I didn't have a loose cable in either room, but the parts I provided were too long attach to a box off the wall. It was decided that in both rooms the cables would be dangling loose out of the wall. When the job was finished I had a box installed upstairs and a loose cable downstairs after being told it wasn't possible to install the box unit. Just a slight lack of communication. Had I known they had lower profile keystones, I would've chosen that for downstairs instead. But overall very happy with the work provided, all working as expected and looking tidy.
