Sam was excellent. There was an understandable one-day delay because of the snow and strikes. Once he was here, he and Christian did a great job. Quick, efficient, tidy. Communicated everything thoroughly and talked through the job details once done too.

Sam provided a clear and honest quote for his services to remediate the issues highlighted in my EICR assessment. He maintained good communications, arrived promptly and fixed all the issues within a day and provided added value by addressing light fittings that were overlooked from the original quote with minimal fuss. Investigated and fixed problem with Oven circuit

Sam came round at short notice when a newly purchased oven couldn’t be installed. Sam investigated and fixed a new flex outlet, circuit breaker and cable. He also offered to install the oven but this was already covered by the company who delivered it. Sam was punctual and fixed the issue in no time at all.
