The payment has to be completed at Costco, however most of their staffs and cashiers there are not well trained enough to handle it, finally it has been sorted out after asking for their supervisor’s support, that process took me half hour or more, which was not expected. Fortunately I’m happy with the results and would recommend to anyone interested in.
