We are delighted to have discovered Shutters By The Sea! I was able to book a home visit via the website at a time that suited me within less than 24 hours! Ben was courteous, professional, knowledgeable & friendly - he gave me lots of advice and so many different options for our tricky bay window. Within a few short weeks, Ben was back to install our shutters and we are THRILLED with them! Cannot fault Ben and his excellent service. He left our living room absolutely spotless and his attention to detail is second to none! We will certainly be using him again! Huge thanks for everything!

Ben and team were excellent. He was very professional and great to chat to. His attention to detail when fitting the shutters was exceptional - he wouldn’t finish until they were perfect which they are. They look incredible. There was a long lead in time with a delay due to shipping, Bens communication was okay with this and he made sure to fit them as soon as they arrived. Can’t thank or recommend him enough.

From survey to installation Ben has impressed with his professionalism. The configurations he suggested at survey have turned out to be stunning. Extremely competitively priced which is always a bonus. Kept us informed, spot on with delivery estimate and very fast installation date from delivery. Clean and tidy. We had made to measure shutters fitted to two large bay windows at the front of the house and couldn’t be more delighted.

From start to finish Ben and his team were amazing. Our new made to measure shutters are better than we had ever imagined and look stunning transforming each room they are in. 10/10 service would highly recommend and have already booked again for another room to be fitted.
