Terry from SHS Heating in Carluke came to service my boiler to comply with my warranty Terry was very friendly and helpful I asked if he minded me observing the work because as a retired engineer I was interested in the work He very kindly agreed and he chatted me through the work although I kept a good distance and out of his way great company good price I will use them again and I’ll recommend them to family and friends Thanks Terry Iain Macdonald

Good service and workmen respectful of property

Poor quality work, left me with leaking radiators over Xmas, had to call another company to fix the faults they caused when they repeatedly failed to respond to phone calls. They eventually came back to put things right (a full week after they said they would) and were still quibbling about putting things right. Abysmal customer service, low quality work and unhelpful, sarcastic staff. Avoid.
