Replaced a heating pump for me, prompt and efficient service. Pleasant, clean and reasonably priced would definitely use again.

I was grateful that Ian could come within 24 hours, as requested. At first, the problem was not solved, but he came back again the following morning and a third time until all was well again. I really appreciated that he didn't put it off but turned round and came straight back.

Ian has just completed fitting a new bathroom for me and what a wonderful job he has done. It looks amazing I am so thrilled with the work that Ian has done.He always kept me informed on what would be happening each day and everywhere would be tidied before he left. Great job thank you so much. I would totally recommend Ian and will certainly call him whenever I require a plumber.

As soon as I contacted Ian he replied immediately and came round to give me a quote for the work required. The quote was reasonable. Ian came when he said he would. He sourced and purchased all the products required e.g. taps sink etc. There was a problem with the sink and the waste pipe sent which Ian sorted. He also identified a problem with the mains stop tap and contacted STWA on my behalf which resulted in a new tap being fitted. I would use Ian again.
